The Human Element of Success
This entry is from a transcribed conversation with an M Series member, as he discusses his personal journey and the elements of success that technology can't replicate.

From Manual Labor to Mental Acumen
Look, my background is in trades. I'm a certified journeyman in HVAC, and I spent years on the construction and demo side, working with my back. But after a business "divorce," I had to pivot, and now I work with my brain instead of my back, focusing on real estate deals.
My hands-on experience makes a world of difference for my clients. I can walk into a property and immediately tell them, "Hey, pay attention to this. Look at the foundation, look at the roof." It's a level of trust and expertise you just can't get from a simple inspection report.

What Technology Can't Replace
This whole shift in my career has reinforced my belief in three things that technology will never replace:
- The Creator's Anointing
- Community and Relationships
- My Own Personal Experience
AI is a powerful tool, sure, but man, it can't create that sense of belonging that we're all really thirsting for. It also can't take what it learns and "remix" it with personal testimony. My job is to take the principles I learn from Barry and apply them in my own life so I can make examples out of things that are hard to understand. It's all about taking the theory and translating it into my own story so that others can truly relate.

The Power of Authenticity and Delivery
I've had the opportunity to speak on our weekly prayer calls, and I've learned that delivery and authenticity are what make a message stick.
I've learned to get emotions involved, to use humor, and to be completely myself. A little bit of informality and candor goes a long way. When you drop your guard and are authentic, it builds a level of trust that allows for real transformation.

Why The M Series is Different
I've paid tens of thousands of dollars for coaching and mentorship in the past, and I've learned that some of it is just hype. What sets Barry apart is his authenticity and genuine care. He is, to be blunt, super underrated. He's a wealth of knowledge, and it's a privilege to be a part of this community.
I recently did a keynote speech in Spanish, and it sparked an idea for a coaching program to serve the Spanish-speaking community, which is so underserved. The demand is there, and with the right resources, I know we can help so many people get to the next level.
